Well I am slowly working down my list of need to do's and here are a few pictures of the boyfriends quilt. It turned out very well and he loves it. it's a king sized, very heavy quilt. the inside area is a flag we bought in sturgis the year we rode the Harley to see it. I made matching pillow cases and nightstand toppers also. It has a mix of hand and machine quilting on it.

I wish i could have gotten better pictures but it is just too big! I hand quilted around the words, numbers and biker and machine quilted the rest. I free motioned around the majority of the flames in the flag and the rest was stitch in the ditch. Boyfriend picked out most of the fabric himself. i didn't let him see it until the whole top was done so it was still a surprise for him. for an idea of size the Sturgis flag is 3 feet by 5 feet. So this is certainly the largest quilt i have ever made!
