I work with a bunch of men that are constantly whining. You would think that in an office full of women, it would be very catty and gossipy. So... I decided to make a cry baby towel whenever there is an Operations Manager meeting. The majority of the Ops Mgrs are Hispanic so therefore the Spanish name tag.

It was a beige towel with a brown nose appliqued on it. Any time they have an Ops meeting and a guy comes up with some kind of idea or gets praise.... they say... "Give him the towel"
My bosses thought it was hilarious!
