As some of you know, hubby has been diagnosed with a rare cancer that can't be treated with Chemo or Radiation - and we just found out the surgery they said couldn't be done will in fact be done this Thursday :shock: They're going to try, anyway. Of course he needs a quilt, and yesterday I found the perfect fabric line - with time so short, I'm opting for a D9P with an all over meander.

I'll update my blog, but if you see me running around the 'net - tell me to get my butt back to work!! I could use suggestions for a name for the quilt too :lol: The blog addy is http://robenquilts.wordpress.com/

I hope that all goes well during your husband's surgery this week. And the love you put in his quilt will definitely speed up his recovery.

I just made a disappearing 9 patch top and is so cool.

I, too am rushing to make a d9p, for my niece who starts chemo this week. Let's hope our love lifts their spirits.
