I made this Disappearing 9 Patch for my daughter. She likes turquoise and brown and skunks. She got attached to skunks as a young teen when one night she woke up and one was standing on her chest and looking at her nose to nose. She was sleeping outside. She has loved skunks ever since. The first 2 are the front and the second 2 are the back.

Dunngriffith, I love this quilt. And the story (about the skunk) behind the quilt is precious. I bet she was surprised to see that furry animal. I hope it didn't spray!! Thanks for sharing.

Really cute. I bet she wouldn't like skunks so much if she'd been sprayed.

Love the story and the skunk material! Just goes to show you can find pretty much anything your looking for on fabric! I love it!

Wait! You can't tell that much of a story and not give us the ending......how she got away without the ultimate consequence, LOL!!

The quilt is cute by the way.

What a great quilt! Is it hard to get the skunks all going the same direction?
