NEW on the market! LQS owner was so excited, she offered a class this last Sat. IT IS COOL! Here are two table toppers that I threw together.

Here is a blog link, that helps explain it;

My LQS is trying to order those rulers to do that...and they are backordered everywhere! Fabulous examples! Thanks for sharing!

Sharon b ~ yes, it does us a special ruler.

I used 'Lil Twister' ruler, and 5" blocks (aka Charms) to make the table toppers.

If using 10" blocks (aka Layer Cake), uses the 'Twister' ruler.

PROCESS~
Put together 'charms' [I did 4x5]
Add a border [In 'Picnic' the yellow/check is the original border]
Then using Lil Twister ruler start cutting apart [it will be on the bias]
Sew back together [you end up with twisted pinwheels]
Add a border [or two, or three]
FINISHED

I want to play with this some more.... but I have some other projects that HAVE to get done :(

IT does go fast!!

Yes, some of the gals in the Sat class are waiting for the larger ruler. We were lucky most of us got the book and both rulers.
