This is my second quilt and it is for my new grand niece. Any suggestions on how to quilt it?

Very cute! How about simple SID, even around the bears, with a star-in-a-star in the large open block?

Cute quilt!!

I would echo around the bears and do one of those big loopy flowers in the open blocks.
