I started a new quilt last night and here's the first block. It takes four of these for one big block. I bought the kit, Dakota Pathways, from Connecting Threads. I had a scary moment when I realised I was cutting the fabric in the wrong direction but it all worked out. For my birthday, my husband made this ruler stand.

Thanks, everyone! That hubby of mine is a keeper for sure! Several months ago, he made me a machine quilt frame that is simply gorgeous! I'm having lots of fun trying to learn how to use it.
