I'm intrigued with your comment about the 'super long queen size quilt ', was that a part of the pattern or did you do that on your own? I really admire the quilt in your avatar as well. Love the colors, so warm and inviting.

The pattern was part of a kit that I purchased from Creations Sew Clever in Chillicothe, Ohio. They would not sell the pattern seperate, I had to buy the kit. The actual instructions say the finished size is 93 X 121. The pattern refers to it as a super long queen. I've made 4 quilts now from this pattern.
During the past 10 years, I've made over 30 quilts. They've been donated to charity events to raise money for persons I know with brain cancer, a fellow worker whose house caught fire, a returning soldier who came home from Walter Reed hospital after being shot in the head in Iraq, breast cancer support (to my daughter), pancreatic cancer support and to those who love my quilts but know that they can't afford to pay what it would cost to have someone make one for them. I'll be adding pictures of these quilts as I can find them on this computer. LOL

Ready for the wedding Friday night. Yes, it was close.
