    You just have to find the lighter weight ones. I get lots of donations from friends of old denim.. The womens denim now a days is the light stuff and usually has poly in it of some kind.. it works.. I am a denim nut because I like making old into new.. Thanks

    It is her Day & Night and the ruler came with the book.. Elenor Burns Quilt in a day.. I put sash in mine, she did not.

    I had never heard of it until this past fall when a friend got the book. It's actually called Day and Night. There is some waste fabric in the cutting of this, but true to Eleanor Burns, she makes other projects with the waste!

    That is just beautiful! I would love to make one, but I don't think I could use demin and have it come out as pretty as your's.
