This is a quilt that I made for my friend Shelly's Mum for Christmas. Her Mum came to visit last summer, and I met her and took a real shine to her. So I decided to make this for her as a surprise. Shelly mailed it to her in Cape Breton. On Christmas morning, Dee called me in tears - she was so thrilled. Made my year.
