This looks a lot like the one I have. Mine is in a domed shape case. It is a model 128 and I had it converted to a hand-crank. See my avatar.

I haven't named her yet.
I'm sending her to my local sewing machine repair man to get her all cleaned & oiled. She's been sitting at DFIL's house for more than 30 years just gathering dust.
