Hi Everyone,
I am looking for suggestions for machine quilting a quilt that has diamond blocks. What sort of design would you do on the quilt? All over pattern or a pattern in each diamond? Here is a pic of the quilt.

Thanks!

I would quilt something curvy, seems to help soften all the angles in the piecing.

I agree. You could do an overall with a curvy design, or you could quilt in each square.

I would do a meandering in the darker brown blocks, that will make the light blocks pop. Then to a design with a curve in it on the med. brown blocks and on the outside blocks. On the light cream blocks I would do a do a rounded edge zig zag from edge to edge all around the cream sq.. I would do a dbl feather on the outside border, on the sm border I would echo the smll sq.

I would SID for the Diamond blocks, and do a square 'spiral' in the back ground squares; then some sort of a double diamond in the borders.... yeah, I'm envisioning your quilt that way right now.........prettyyyyy...
