Default Dilly Bags

I just finished making these two dilly bags for our granddaughters. They have sleep overs at their other Nanas often so I thought they would like their own little bag for their clothes. Unfortunately we are 1500km away, a little to far for a sleep over . They love anything Nana Ria makes for them so I'm sure they will love these.

These bags are really cute. I like the way you've used different solids with the same panel. The bags are similar but different. I have the same problem with my grandkids. Too far away for sleepovers. But I always take them something I've made when we visit.

I am so glad you explained what a Dilly Bag was, when I saw the heading I was not sure... Darling bags for your girls
I am always learning. New thing on the boards.

"A dillybag or dilly bag is a traditional Australian Aboriginal bag, generally woven from the fibres of plant species of the Pandanus genus. [verification needed]. It is used for a variety of food transportation and preparation purposes."

These are real nice and they shall love them. Did you use interfacing? Can you share a tutorial? Are they round on the bottom? They are real cute.
