Here is my first. I do not have any pictures of full size quilts but I have a recent wall hanging.

I made this long before I had my first child...I knew she would be a girl
The second, I've posted recently but it is the last one I made...for my newest granddaughter.
Funny that they are both baby quilts
The last one is the one I'm working on now.

I see this needs new ties, I had no training whatsoever when I made this, just made it up. Ha!

My first quilt was just a simple afghan size of different squares sewn together. I made the mistake of using a blend for one of the colors. It was the families favorite and used constantly. I still have it, although it is very worn out. I now enjoy making more difficult patterns. Still haven't mastered the actual quilting and binding part though.

My very first was a Christmas table runner for a Secret Santa. Bound in gold lame (never again!!). Never got a picture of it. But ... after I made that one two other girls in the office requested table runners for their Christmas presents so here are numbers 2 & 3. I even got brave and tackled FMQ on my 2nd quilted piece ever. See center motif. My notes say these were made in 2008. I've not been quilting very long!!
Below that the quilt I'm currently quilting.

My first quilt was for my daughter's first big-girl bed. It was actually a studio couch and narrow. I copied pictures from a coloring book and then machine embroidered the animals. This was 30 years ago and machine embroidery was putting fabric on a hoop, dropping the feed dogs, setting the zig zag the width you want, and embroider.
My last finished quilt was my second of a pattern that I love. I made the first for my son and then because I loved it so much I made one for me.

My first was a lap quilt for my mom- as simple as I could find... Being a newbie 3 years ago ( and I still consider myself a newbie- I have much to learn) I wanted something that I knew I could finish..
Ive made a bunch in between the first and current, (like my avatar was the second one I made) but so far my fav WIP is my crumb quilt... A year in the making!! LOL..
The last quilt I made was for hubby. I made him a quilt from his dads flannel shirts.. He passed away this year and I wanted him to have a keepsake, so to speak..
