Default DOD Art Quilt
Last year a challenge was issued by guild members to make a Day of the Dead art quilt. There was friendly competition, possible spying, all denied; and borrowing of fabric. When we finished we had an outdoor art show with our quilts displayed on clothes lines. We decided to wear our Mexican outfits and our jewelry, as the featured artists. We had a very good day. Here is one photo. I am having problems trying to get files to load. I will send more if I am successful

The first picture is my friend dressed in her very beautiful Mexican folkloric costume. She is standing next to a quilt with a "Catrina" a fashionista from the afterlife!
