I like it both ways, no help here! Is the quilt for you and which way do you really like it? Or is it for someone else and they know about it, then ask them what they like.
Both will be GORGEOUS!!!

Either way is going to be really nice, but I love the look with the sashing the best. I know it's more work.

I've decided that this is going to make two separate baby quilts/wall hangings instead of the originally planned throw. One w/o the sashing. One with.

I've never kept any of my completed projects, and this probably will be no different since nothing in it even remotely matches my home decor palette. However, of the few things I've done so far, I really, really like this.

I like it with the sashing because it defines the blocks more. Beautiful quilt!

The finished single block was slightly over 5 1/4" and the finished strip was just over 1".

:) That being said, this is an easy one to adjust if you prefer different dimensions. Had the prints been a bit less bold, I would have gone with smaller navy strips, but the colors needed to be broken up a bit.
