NICE QUILT!!!

I definitely "mix" my fabric sources too. I use everything from WalMart to Joann Fabrics to LQS as well as on-line sources. When I want something really specific I know I can get it at my LQS; they've orders special things for me on several occassions, and I support them as far as my budget will allow. When I need service or am shopping for a machine, I will ALWAYS take my business there!

Karyn knew Eastern Blue Birds are my absolute fav. They breed in our yard every spring. When she found the fabric, I was with her. I wanted to buy some of it too but didn't because she did and I didn't want to copy her. Little did I know she was buying it for me. I'm so grateful to have a friend like her.

There is a fabric on the WW website that has fruit and birds. It had the same feel as my blue bird fabric.

It is gorgeous. Love the way you fussy cut the birds.

I e-mailed Walmart when they took fabric out of our local store and told them that now I am saving so much money not only on fabric but also that I don't go to Walmart as much and don't see other things and pick them up. So I told them thank you for taking it out. I wanted to impress on them that the fabric was what drew me in the store and that their sales had gone down because of it.
