Doesn't look like drunkards path to me. I have one in blue and white and it is squares with a piewedge type blue area on one corner on each small block.

No it isn't but it sure makes you feel drunk looking at it doesn't it?? LoL! Yikes that is one busy quilt! Sorry I don't know the name of this either.

It could be Indiana Puzzle or Steeplechase, both of which are versions of drunkards path.

It looks very similar to this pattern. Maybe sew 4 patches first then cut into circles and applique.
