Default DS braid quilt

I made quilts for my other two kids years ago but this kid was the hardest. He is an artist and I was a little intimidated. He probably wouldv'e been happy with anything I made. I did give him a little more choice on his quilt than I usually do and he actually helped with the sewing. The quilt isn't as wrinkly as it looks. Bad pictures but the quilt is far away now so....

I think you were wise to do this for him especially since he is artistic. Hope you had fun with him doing some of the sewing. I always told men and boys that a sewing machine IS a power tool.
