Default Elephants on Parade Finished, or do I need more quilting?

I just can't decide if I need to do some stippling or something in the background of the elephants. I didn't want a lot of quilting so the minkee would stay nice and soft, what do you all think? More quilting, or not?

I would prefer to keep the minkee soft.

as long as you've met the minimum requirements for the batting [if you have any], then you've done enough. if no batting, do just enough to keep the minkee from shifting.

cute quilt!

It is too darling for words. I would do a larger meander in the background just to reduce the puff and make it more evenly quilted. E's with hearts would be fun to do as an edge to edge since you have hearts in the applique. But a large meander, not a small..That would not reduce the softness.

It is such a cute quilt. I would keep it as soft as possible.

Thanks everyone, I think I will do a large meander just to take that saggy look out. Appreciate your input.
