Default Esther Grace's Log Cabin Quilt

This is the newest quilt I have made. I made it for my grandaughter, Esther Grace, who is going to be 3 yrs old in May. She loves butterflies, pink & purple. She was born weighing just 1# 5 oz. She is our miracle child. Esther Grace is now just over 22 # and is right up w/other children her age, except for size. Our little "Peanut". Anyway, for her Bday, she is getting this BIG GIRL quilt from Gma B.

I am teaching a class on the Log Cabin Quilt and how to make it Quilt-as-you-go. I LOVE this method. Hope you enjoy looking.

Very pretty!! We had a preemie grandaughter, too, who is now 20 years old. She was 2lb 14oz at birth, and was in NICU for 6 weeks. They are like miracles, aren't they??

Can you give the name of the pattern and size. I love it and have been wanting to learn how to do it.

Love your/her quilt. Really like the colors and the butterflies. She will love it! My preemie GD was 1.4 and now 19 mths. She was in the hospital 3 1/2 mths. Mother was 24 weeks along and went into seizure, almost lost both. Thank God for miracles!

I have a granddaughter named Esther Grace as well except she's 13 this year. Esther Graces are very exceptional young ladies. Hope yours turns out as special as mine is.
