Since my DD started school I've made fabric tote "goodie" bags for each child, for every school party plus for DD birthdays. Here's a pix of the ones I'm doing this year for their Easter party. I've got them all sewn, pressed and ready for the handles. 1/2 the handles are on now. The CD is just for size reference. The kids really look forward to seeing what fabric is used.

What a fun idea! Exceptionally nice party favor.

I used to do plastic canvas Easter baskets complete with green shredded 'grass' and jelly bean eggs for my kiddos school parties.

Yep, everyone of them. Sometimes there's been 25, this year only 18. I also make one for the teacher. Plus for Christmas I make the teacher a tied couch throw. Her teacher this year is almost 6 ft. tall so I made the throw to fit her. She was so thrilled, said it was the first time she'd ever had a couch throw that was long enough.

You rock, Raptureready! What a cool Mom. You could save your child's school photos and things from each year and put them away as a time capsule for your little girl...She'll always remember your love, I'm sure.
