I have commited to myself and my PDA that I am going to make every quilt in the bookd named "Material Obsession". This is Avalon and Retro starburst.....My version of them anyway. They look WAY different the the sample in book. My "Avalon" is made from Phillip Jacobs, Kaffe, and Martha Negley fabrics..LOVE them! My Retro starburst is made from Amy Butler' "Love" collection one of my most favorite collections. These are really easy patterns.....I will do some of the more difficult/time consuming ones after my QFL competition is over. I still have to put borders on my Amy Butler quilt..doing that tomorrow.....DH also has a cable running thru my sewing area lately.....temporary...so I can't lay quilts flat for pictures.
