So, I am back from my 3 days in Gettysburg and did manage a trip to the outlets AND a LQS call Needle and Thread. Though they specialize in civil war reproduction fabrics, I did find these beauties ALL 25% and 50% off. I was especially pleased with the batiks for under $5. The last pic is blurry for some reason. Intend to use the florals to try some stack and whack blocks. The rather oriental looking fabric has gold running through it as does the evergreen green batik and the snowflake batik. The one green has a pattern woven into the fabric and then is dyed. No specific plans for the fabric yet, so for now will just feast upon my "eye candy" lol

Pretty batik and oriental looking fabric. If you look closely it has gold running through it and a bamboo pattern in some of the colors.

First and third fabric have gold speckles in it. The middle one has a pattern woven in it and then it was dyed.

More batiks.
