Just winged it a fiddled until it gave me what I needed (necessity is the mother of all inventions?) I guess I could do a tute ~ never hurts to make another one! :)

It looks like a small quilted square with the corners folded up, but how did you attach the ribbon to hold the corners? Very cute!
