Thread: Fabric heaven

    I check Craigslist on a regular basis - never know what I'll find - so yesterday afternoon I hit it big!!! "Quilt fabric for sale - 10-15 tubs all in order according to color and folded perfectly - $200" - so I called, set up the appt. to look and talked DH into going over there. Here's what I got --- I'm totally overwhelmed. It is ALL awsome fabric, some flannel, but all totally useable. Lots and lots of yardage in coordinating fabrics, and many, many fat quarters. There is a slight smoke odor, but I ran some through my dryer this morning with 2 dryer sheets and it now smells very fresh. My daughter is coming down to help me sort through it tomorrow. I doubt we'll get through it all in one weekend. There may be some up for sale in the coming weeks.
