Hey I need some opions. I picked up this fabric today for my husbands quilt that I will make him for xmas. Im just not sure if they look good together or what exactly to do with it yet. Can ya'll give me some ideas. Thanks Frances

ohhhh I can see a couple of blocks. a center fussy cut of the dear with the pine cones as star points and the brown to finish it off. I would also suggest maybe getting some hunter green fabric that matches. there could also be some larger blocks of just the deer with the pine cones and brown surrounding it. kinda like a mutated log cabin.

Great colors. I need the pine cone fabric (LOL)! Should make your DH a great quilt.

I think they go well together. I would definitely fussy cut square of the deer for the center block and then add to that with solid or pine cones. Then add more blocks of the deer.

I like the idea of the deer print in the center and the others for borders. Or several deer blocks with the other used as sashing. can't wait to see what you end up doing

Pretty colors, nice manly fabrics. Try to find a pattern that will leave the deer fabric fairly large, put other fabrics around it.
