I heard there were some nice fabric stores in Franklin, TN (about 2 hours from here) and my husband volunteered to take me there today. We found the first two on the list, but one was an on-line store in someone's home and the other was closed ...but the third one was well worth the drive. I have never seen so much nice quilting material in one place! I had fun picking out material for some more quilts.
I have a book on order to make some crazy shortcake quilts. The pink and blue should make 4 tops.
Of course, I just HAD to get something with dogs on it too! :D

Nice fabrics and the dog one is really cute. I am not usually into dog fabric but that one is different than most.

Very nice!! You must have gone into the shop that I visited just over 2 years ago. I know she was moving but there was so much fabric in that place piled all over that you couldn't even get to half of it!!!!

How nice of hubby to take you there. My hubby would rather go to the dentist than go fabric shopping with me! LOL!
I love the fabric you bought and I am looking forward to seeing what you make with it.

Love your fabric. I don't see any Airedales or Wire Haired Fox Terriers in the dog fabric. What gives? Oh, I know. If it's not an Airedale or Wire Haired Fox Terrier, it's just a dog.................. (I will probably have to pay for that remark)...
