Thread: Fast baby quilt

    Our 5 month old grandson Kai came for his first overnight visit last weekend while his mom and dad celebrated their anniversary. All he had was a small receiving blanket and that just wouldn't do. So.....grandma got busy and whipped up a "cheater" quilt for him. I think he enjoyed it, but not near as much as WE enjoyed HIM. So blessed. By way, the next weekend our 6 month old granddaughter Lorelai came for two nights while her parents celebrated their anniversary. We sure are enjoying our first two grandbabies!!!

    What beautiful grandchildren you have! Do they still use Baby Powder? I never could get enough of that smell.

    You are so lucky to have them near enough to visit. It's a great time in your life.

    Our grands live within 3 miles of us, and we've been a part of all of their growing up. I wish the same for you.
