I got the pattern from our local Fab Shop Hop in Nov. I've made 10 sets. Gave some as gifts & sold some at work :) :) :) I've gotten really good at binding after I made 20 of these.
They measure 9 x 9. The Hello Kitty ones I embroidered on my Janome. All were sewn together with a walking foot on my Bernina.
Here's pictures of 9 of em.

These are really great! Are they "thick" enough to actually protect the hands from a hot pan?

Thank You
They are very thick, they have between 6 to 9 layers of flannel. It just depended on which flannel I used.
