I used to make those when I was a pre-teen! but mine weren't as nicely finished, and there was a lot more puff paint involved.

I like the butterfly one best, too.

Yes, all have linings, with most, I use fusible to make the lining a bit more stable. The lining is the same fabric as the ties and shoulder strap lining. Inside I use either decorative bits from the legs of the jeans or coordinated fabrics for the pockets, sometimes both. They also have sewn in key clips and matching tissue packet covers.
