I had to make up a baby quilt and a few potholders for my mom's 50th birthday that is next week, so I was in a bit of a rush when I finally decided what to do. I wasn't completely satisfied with them but DH says I'm too critical of myself. This is the second quilt that I have quilted and the first one that wasn't SITD. The potholders were a new experience also as I haven't done those before. I used insulbright and one layer of warm and natural for the middle. Ok, enough blabbin and here are the pictures

Here is the baby quilt. Top is a panel. I made my first quilt label every and learned how to digitize (sort of) for my embroidery machine.

Thank you everyone for the compliments. I actually really like the potholder fabrics... My mom is in love with grape stuff right now so it was perfect
