Looks great QuiltE! I"m afraid all I do is SITD, and can follow a design I put on the fabric. I guess I could try copying feathers, then stitch them. I just don't ever seeing myself picking up a quilt and "going for it".

awwwwwwww Thanks Everyone!
Anael ... oh yes, there are mistakes ... you obviously did not look close enough!
JeanieG ... SITD is hard ... to stay IN the ditch! Good for you!
OKSGlad ... go for it ... feathers are a lot more fun than stippling, and work up so much faster, because the quilting is not so close.
I'm looking forward to doing something bigger and where I have to work with actual piecework!
Not yet though ................

Oh my those feathers are fantastic QuiltE, great practice pieces, now you are ready to spread your wings and fly, I can see a lot of feathers being quilted on your future projects, well done..

OKay time for some fun farm facts from OK....
Just nominated 2 of our cows for Living Lifetime production award sponsored by our breed organization.
Pansy will be 14 in May and is expecting a calf this week, hope all goes well for this old Grandma cow...Rocket just turned 12. Between the 2 of them they have produced 827,884 8 oz glasses or 48,133 gallons of milk..what a pair of cows.

MiraB and Lynnie ... Thank you!
I am enjoying doing the feathers and feel as though I am getting somewhat of a comfort zone with them.
OKSGlad ... Here's to a win for Pansy and Rocket!!!! A lotta milk!
How soon will you find out?
