Orange is one of my favorite colors right now. And, I love the hexagons! Are they each one fussy cut piece or are they themselves pieced?

Pretty, especially the pop of blue around the border!

I pieced them using a clear plastic templet. Find an area on the fabric you like, trace it out on the templet. Dont trace everything, Just enough to help you place it on the same motif in the design. Cut out the area and sew them together. This creates a calidascope effect. Then I applacad them down and hand stitched the black ribbon around them. Sorry if I have spelling errors. I'm terrable at spelling :?
