These are the last of the Christmas gifts I made for this year. The blue and yellow one was made in only 3 days. It's so pretty now, but I was sure tired of working on it. I had the great idea (using sarcasm) to put embroidered starts in all of the white sashing. That took forever and a lot of thread. Now, I find out the recipient isn't coming to Christmas this year. So I will have to mail it to her later. The bag is a Texture magic tote bag. The last quilt has Koala bears on it.

It's a beautiful quilt so the hard work was worth it. Did you like working with the texture magic? I got some but haven't had a chance to play with it yet.

Good job, they are all wonderful gifts. Are the koala's a panel?

I do like working with the texture magic. I like to watch it shrink. I have also made two other bags with it. But, it is expensive so I don't use it too often unless I have a specific need for it.

Yes, the Koala quilt is made from a panel. I just added some borders and quilted it.

I absolutely love the blue and yellow pinwheels with the white sashing!!I think white helps make the colors pop in every quilt.{Just my own opinion.}
