Default Finished #2 of the three quilts I started for last X-mas!

This is #2 of the 3 quilts I promised my kids for Christmas last year. Its not perfect but it was a lot of fun to make! I quilted it myself freehand on my Voyager 17. I used Hobbs polydown batting. This is my second attempt at feathers. This is the Monkey Wrench pattern I found on this site............ http://www.quilterscache.com/M/MonkeyWrenchBlock.html

My son and his fiance love it! The first photo was before I quilted it. Sorry the colors don't show as vibrant as they really are.

Now onto the last of the 3.................

The quilted spirals really set off the block pattern.

Do I ever like your fabric choices in this quilt. Congrats on the feathers. They are my favorite thing to do. I always say after the first 1000, they are easy peasey. I don't have all my Christmas things from last year finished either. With such a wonderful gift as a quilt, a little later is just fine.
