So this is my 2nd quilt. One that I have asked for help with from everyone on here. So here it is all finished. There are a couple things that I have learned from. Things I would do different. I would like suggestions for how to do the quilting the next time. I had problems with puckering. I took pictures of that. Any advice would be great. Otherwise it turned out good and the point matched really well. I am proud. It is off to my sister now.

Picture of the puckering in the corner.

There was some puckering on the back.

I think you did a beautiful job on the quilt! Pinwheels are a favorite of mine and the pastel colors are perfect!

When I am ready to quilt, I have learned to starch the top and bottom quite heavily and pin like crazy if it is bigger quilt. I am just learning to use the basting spray and really like it.

SherriB - How do you starch it? Do you spray starch it and iron it or liquid starch?

What a great job you did. That baby is going to love it. Don't worry about a few flaw. That quilt will be peed on, pucked on and pooped on and drug through the mud. In a few years no one will see the puckers, they will just see the love.

Great quilt. I'm jealous of your prairie points. I don't even have the nerve to try.

I use tons of spray starch and iron everything before I quilt. It seems to help, but I'd still rather just piece.
