I made a quilt for my second granddaughter when she was born, however her mother ( a real piece of work), my ex-DIL, got mad at my son and destroyed the quilt. I just finished her new quilt (she's almost 8). She loves cats, and purple, and blue, and pink, and green, so here's her new quilt. She has a great step-mom now and hopefully she will love this quilt to death! Sorry the close up of the back is kinda blurry and the first label picture is not one of the blocks. If you look closely you can maybe see the quilting--prancing cats, mice, some doggie footprints, and fish skeletons (thanks for the idea Charisma).

The quilt is wonderful. I'm so glad she has a great step mother along with a great Grandmother. The worst story I heard was a mother, who helped her son and daughter in law move. She wrapped a bleach bottle in a quilt made by her daughter in laws Mother. Needless to say, it was ruined.

OMG Terry that is sooo cute!! I am tickled pink to see it! I am so curious of everyone's quilts that I make labels for.

Great job  and hopefully it will be around MUCH longer this time!!
