Finished Fire Escape for Sofa
Hello, just finished the binding on this one last night. Been on a roll lately so I'm pleased with myself as I was having "Winter Time Blues" for awhile. My kitty likes to paw the back of my sofa so decided to make a oversized lap quilt to protect it as I noticed some threads right where she usually goes after she eats. All fabrics came from my stash including the backing so I'm pleased it didn't cost me a trip to the fabric store. Also just picked up the pattern for the folded wreath so will use some of the scraps leftover for a table decoration in the dining room.
Hope you like it. Also I normally add borders to my quilts but this pattern didn't call for one and I didn't want to change the look of it. I quilted it on my frame sideways due to the cable feather design I was using. This is robotic quilted. The colors are showing a little brighter on the front side than they really are and the backing is a navy blue so darker than its showing.

Very nice. That pattern tends to look modern to me. Your stash was great for the fabrics. Quilting is excellent. I only hope to get that good one of these days. More practice for me!
