This is the first quilt I've made in over a decade, and I didn't make many before that... I wanted to make a comforting and inspiring prayer quilt for a friend who has just had breast cancer surgery and will be undergoing a year of aggressive chemo and radiation. The Lord gave me 13 specific scriptures for her, and I put them on the white quilt blocks. I hope it builds her faith for total healing and restoration!

This was my first try at FMQ-- lots of nervewracking fun!

Prayer quilt finished!

Great Quilt. I think there is noting better than to be wrapped in Love. Good Job!

Pretty quilt, but for your first try, your free motion is excellent.

You are truly a wonderful friend to make such a loving quilt. My prayers for you and your friend as she undergoes her coming year.
