    so sorry about your Dad, and quilting is good therapy any old day and your quilt looks beautiful.

    Beautiful quilt! I am sorry for your loss. Sewing is therapy for me. I stitch my feelings into a project. It really does help.

    I'm sorry for your loss! When my stepson passed a few years ago I too created a quilt in my grief time. It is wonderful therapy...
