    it looks gorgeous!! press your seams open if you can in the joining of the big triangles and that should help. they look very good though. she will be impressed!! and you might stitch 1/4 on either side of the seams. not directly in the "ditch".

    Your quilt is sooo pretty! Is the stitch term you're looking for called the "serpentine" stitch? That is what I was thinking of when I read your original post. It will get both sides of the seam at the same time, and it is a very forgiving stitch if you wobble.....just ask me, I've done it a lot!
