The backing is fleece from the Real Deals dollar store, and is the easiest and best fleece I have ever sewn with. I will definitely be buying more of that at $1.00 a linear foot. It's 64" wide and comes in several colors too.

LOL, it took me quite a while, and I did complain a lot. Heeheee... but the UFO of the month thread is what motivated me to get it done. That plus my DGS said, "hurry nana, it's cold in my room!". LOL

Great quilt love the colours and design, yikes, $1 I just cannot believe that, fabric is so expensive where I live!

Fantastic design...love the borders the centre...well the whole thing really. Very good deal on the fleece, like Gal we in Aus. pay a great deal for fabric.
