    I did SID and then I hand quilted the flowers and bird. I tried to do a satin stitch for the applique and it was so bad I took it out. It turned out better than I expected with the fabric my daughter picked. I played around with different settings for the blocks and I liked this one the best. Do we like how it turned out?

    Nice job, I love black, white & red, it's so striking.
