    I have finished the wall hanging now. I will give it to mom probably next Sunday which will give my brother time to put up something in order for her to hang it above her bed at the nursing home. I put a small sleeve on it so that I can get a dowl rod or something and tie attach string so that it can be hung up.

    Thanks. Although I still think I have to give credit to the sewing machine and not me. I DID do the binding/border by hand though. For some reason I like to do that stitching. Very seldom do you see my stitches that way.

    Thanks. She will like it since when she saw the top done (before quilting done) she TOLD me where to hang it up in her room. :lol:

    She hasn't seen it finished yet but I think she'll like it. I haven't put a label on it yet because I'm not sure if I want to. I have problems with labels. I don't like them to stick out on the back and ruin the effect. Perhaps I'll just embroider along one side in black thread? that might not stand out as much.
