When I teach a new block I like to sew it out so my students have a sample they can see in fabric. Sometimes I can control myself and have to do a small quilt.

Beautiful work. I love that first one. I'm thinking of using your idea for a quilt for my great niece. The quilts are all so pretty.

You know, I agree, why make just one block when in almost no time you have a small quilt? Double the fun...or 16 times the fun!

The cranberry fugde is one block. On the biggest squares I used the embrodiery machine to sew out a quilt block design. Then stitched in the ditch. I'm going to use it as a table topper.
