Thank you for sharing this nice Warm Wishes quilt. Been thinking all day on what pattern to use for a boy fabric I have, this will work perfectly! That you still have the shirt you made your son, thats the same print as the quilt, wouldn't you want to keep them together, maybe for another family member? Just a thought!

A lovely finish and the blue was a great choice to go with the planes.

The airplanes are great...I love how each Warm Wishes makes up completely different. I am waiting for a lobster print (as my focus fabric) to arrive in the mail to complete my baby quilt. I have the 31 strip blocks made, as well as the binding, batting and backing... Just need the main print. I like Warm Wishes because it makes up so quickly when you need a quick baby gift.

I love your quilt. It looks so clean and crisp using the color combos that you chose. I like how the dark blue frames the airplanes every other row.

I wonder if your grown son would love to have this quilt to bring back his childhood memories of his love of airplanes and the talented mother that made him a airplane shirt?

Hi, my grandson would LOVE your quilt. His daddy is in the Air Force and he is all about airplanes. You might do what you did with the shirt. Save it until you have a little boy in the family...maybe even your son. My grandson has worn some of his daddy's clothes that he wore. I love your love your quilt. Super job.

My thoughts exactly. What a treasure to have years down the road for your son or his children.
