A few days I mentioned in a post that I do crochet around fleece baby blankets. Someone was interested in how I do them. The pictures won't show much but might give an idea as to how they look. I did PM the lady who ask and give her some better instructions.

Road to Oklahoma Quilt made for DH. It has been used for a few years so if it looks used it is because it is!! We sleep under it every winter!

I like to make those chrochet trimmed baby blankets too. the hardest part was making the holes in the fleece until I found the rotary tool. Your quilt is very pretty!!

Very nice, I have a question is that a single or double thickness of the fleece. My granddaughter ties them but the crochet is pretty too. Libbyb

Very nice quilt on the bed! The crochet is a really nice touch! Nicer that just tying, I think. I would be interested in directions, also.

Your fleece blankets with the crocheted edges are lovely!

How do you get the holes in the edges so that you can crochet?

I've paid someone to do hemstitching on the edges of flannel receiving blankets so that I could crochet around the edges. Is this the same method that you used for the holes on the fleece?
