I made this quilt for a little homeless girl in my county. I was told she loves pink, yellow and orange. So I shopped in my stash. I bought the brightest pink and also a dotty pink that I think I may use for backing.

I just did the Courthouse Steps version of Log Cabin and made 2 versions, one with a light yellow center and one with a bright pink center. Then I set them with the blocks alternating checkerboard style. The blocks are 15" so it sewed together really fast.

I hope this quilt brightens her day!

I'm not a 'pink' person but this one, I really like. Colors are great.
