I've been quilting happy since graduation and even more so since I got my new sewing machine :D

It's about lap size, just big enough to keep warm with when I go to the Iowa State football games in the fall (hence the red, yellow and blue). I figured brown would be good so that it might mask any dirt that could get on it, although hopefully that wont be too likely needed.

Headed off to get batting for it during my morning work break so I can get it all pinned tonight!

I got a Janome DC3050 and I'm loving it so far. Who ever knew that you could become so attached to the needle up/down memory option so quickly?!
